jose at reception gave helpful service and ALWAYS offered a cheerful greeting. the hotel kept everything super clean. i found the food delicious, and my husband enjoyed his meals. the hotel location allows guests to wake up to a beautiful view each morning.
accessing my room once required technical assistance with the key card.

beachfront bliss, a stay i won't forget
beachfront location amazing view great dish friendly staff
the location really shines being right on the beachfront. the room i had provided an amazing sea view (which i greatly appreciated). the hotel offered a wide selection of food, i enjoyed a lot of different dishes each day. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they quickly arranged a taxi for my departure.
the pillows in the room were not very comfortable, and i wish they could have been better.

They were generally approachable and available to answer questions. i observed that staff members were consistently present in key areas such as reception and dining. they maintained a professional demeanor throughout my stay.

lovely stay in commodoro!
amazing views english options fabulous location vip terrace
the views from the balcony were amazing. i especially enjoyed spending time in the vip terrace, it has a fine view across son matias beach! the breakfast had ample choices like pastries and full english options with proper bacon. the hotel location is fabulous and near many attractions.
The lifts are quite tiny. I think during peak season they might become a hassle

Decent Location, but Some Issues Existed
unclean toilet seat sewage smell
My stay wasn't the greatest. The room I got needed some care. The toilet seat moved a lot and it really wasn't clean. The smell was a bit rough too. It seemed like sewage. I expect better, especially for the price I payed. This situation made it difficult to relax.
